I have decided to go with the sleeve gastrectomy. Here below is an actual walkthrough of the surgery. It may not be suitable for the squeamish. The cutting/stapling gadget is fascinating. The best part is when you realize... "Wait, how are they gonna get the removed portion of the stomach out?" And it's got to bloop out through that little laproscopic button hole.
